Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free delivery on orders over R1 500​. 

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within South Africa

Delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The NuHuman Nutraceutical Online Store delivers to addresses within South Africa. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Delivery confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), once your order has been sent out for delivery. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The NuHuman Nutraceutical Online Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The NuHuman Nutraceutical Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


We currently do not ship outside South Africa.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
